My new resolution these days is to start joining writing contests and workshops. My friend, Alyza, gave me great advice on how to remember the deadlines for these contests or workshops. She says she uses Stickies in order to remind her about the deadlines. Every time she opens her computer, the Stickies will automatically pop up, and she’ll see all the deadlines. You can also use post-its, and stick them somewhere where you’ll see them everyday.
