Instead of putting milk and sugar in your oatmeal, why don’t you try this mix:
1. Fitness cereal (honey flavor)
2. Guava jelly
3. Slices of banana
Stir them in your oatmeal and enjoy!

Your recipe sounds good! I usually buy Quaker Oats Honey and Banana Flavored Oatmeal at SM or Robinsons Place. If strawberries are available, I add those to the oat meal. Pineapple is also good in oat meal, as is diced apples and cinnamon.
Eating oatmeal every day for breakfast will lower cholesterol. Naturally, without medication.
