All the Songs I’ve Written 2: True Friends

This is a song I wrote when I was in grade school.

True Friends

I.

When you have problems and you can’t solve it,

Let someone know about it,

Even just your mother or your father or your siblings,

And I guarantee you only one thing,

Your friends can tell you about these things

And it will no longer hurt

Chorus:

True friends are treasures,

You can always lean on,

Friends are treasures,

Who can help you find your way,

True friends are treasures,

Who will always be there,

Friends will be there when you’re sad not only when you’re glad,

Friends are treasures, treasures that no one can buy

II.

When you are lost and you can’t find your way,

Friends can enlighten your mind,

Do what is right,

And I guarantee you only one thing,

Your friends can tell you about these things

And it will no longer hurt

(Chorus)

No one can buy
