Ever since my mother had a mild stroke, I decided to eat more healthy. Before this, I thought our diet was good, but now that we re-examined our eating habits, we realized that we eat a lot of cholesterol-heavy food.
The most unhealthy meal that we have is breakfast. When morning comes, we have eggs, some kind of processed meat (spam, hotdogs, ham, spiced ham, etc), and bread. So from now on, I decided that we will have many all-fruit breakfasts.
Of course we can’t do this everyday. Maybe we’ll have the unhealthy type once a week. But I’m actually excited to make the switch. I’ll be eating bananas, mangoes, avocado, apple, papaya, melon, watermelon, yellow watermelon, etc. We’ll just cut it up and serve. This way, it will be easier than thinking of new recipes per day. Yey! I’m excited!
