Three Things That Make Me Feel Accomplished

Ever since I read about it somewhere (sorry I forgot where), I have been making a list called “three things that make me feel accomplished”. I used to put so many things on my daily to do list, and I end up doing the unimportant tasks and procrastinating on the most important tasks. Sometimes I do many things, but I feel guilty because I’m not sure if I worked hard enough.

Nowadays, I have my mega master to do lists on my phone with one for work and one for life. In the masterlists, I have all of the things I need to do, but per day, I extract just three things. I write those three things on a piece of paper. They are all work related during work days, and life related during rest days. I cross off an item when I finish doing it, and at the end of the day, I do feel accomplished.
