These days, I am using the Pomodoro Technique to increase my productivity. This means that one has to work for 25 minutes then take a five minute break. After four rounds of this, one takes a 20 minute break. I’m still struggling with this, but I’m making progress. So what do I do during those five minute breaks? Here’s my list:
- Walk around our garden
- Say hello to our dogs
- Talk to mama
- Make crafts
How about you? What do you do during your writing breaks?
